Trust in the Snacks | Ilderton’s Customer Lounge

We had so much fun shooting this video. Captivate Media came out to the dealership and brought to life this idea that our team had to play on our snack and coffee machine we have in our customer lounge. In the video our customer keeps coming back for the silliest reasons (What is the world is blinker fluid??) and our service advisor, Bobby, is bewildered. Finally asking why she is here yet again that week, she offers him a snack.
