Chrysler brand brings “Vanlightenment” to consumers with multimedia marketing campaign for Chrysler Pacifica and Pacifica Hybrid.

Chrysler launched a new multimedia advertising campaign highlighting its Chrysler Pacifica and Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid models. The ad, titled “Vanlightenment,” comically hones in on the chaotic lives of families, while showcasing just how effective the Pacifica and Pacifica Hybrid are in bringing harmony while on the road. Features such as the van’s Stow ‘n Go seating, Stow ‘n Vac, infotainment which includes access to Amazon FireTV, excellent fuel economy, and unprecedented plug-in range are all part of the automaker’s solutions to help parents reach “Vanlightenment.” 

“With this campaign, we wanted to bring a bit of light-heartedness to the daily chaos that our Chrysler Pacifica and Pacifica Hybrid owners may experience. ‘Valightenment’ recognizes that while raising a family is a beautiful event, it often can be challenging and in need of having the right tool or in this case, the right vehicle, that can deliver a sense of peace and order,” said Marissa Hunter, Senior Vice President of Marketing, Stellantis–North America.

As part of the “Vanlightenment” campaign, Chrysler also premiered a 30-second television spot, “Courage,” which highlights a universal scenario–traveling long distances can be stressful and chaotic, especially when in the wrong vehicle. Parents are encouraged to find “Vanlightenment” behind the wheel of a Chrysler Pacifica or Pacifica Hybrid, giving them the courage and peace of mind that a Pacifica can not only go further when compared to other minivans, but it can help keep children calm and entertained thanks to its premium interior and Amazon FireTV.

While the Chrysler Pacifica may never get the credit it deserves for maintaining its family-friendly style in the age of SUVs, it remains atop its segment due to its utility, available features, practicality and more. Available in either front-wheel or all-wheel drive, as well as a plug-in hybrid variant, the 2023 Pacifica isn’t in the business of cutting corners. A standard 287 horsepower V6 engine rests under the hood –a modified Atkinson Cycle version powers the hybrid, but all are mated to the same nine-speed automatic transmission. The combination is a good one as the Pacifica strikes the perfect fuel efficiency balance even while on the highway.
