Last week a team from Ilderton DCJR serviced inspected and made recommendations to over 300 High Point University Students before their drive home for the holidays. Ilderton Mobile Service is equipped to provide brake, battery, bulb and tire checks as well as topping off fluids, inspecting wiper blades and even an air compressor to add air to under inflated tires. Our team worked tirelessly to ensure the students would be safe to drive their vehicles, whether they were driving 30 minutes or 8 hours home. The demand was unknown but after the first day it was clear that many students needed the service. 5 days and 16 hours later we wrapped up our first HPU vehicle inspection week. Ilderton Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram is very proud of its efforts in the community. We recently sponsored and participated in 2 charity Golf tournaments. All Things Possible is a medical fundraiser event and they have provided wheelchair accessible vans to over 30 local families. Our conversion shop converts vans to be wheelchair accessible and we were able to give one away at the event! On the same day our General Manager, Jeff Blosse participated in a local golf tournament here in High Point for long time Rotarian, Owen Bertschi. He was a member of the High Point Rotary Club and a great member of our community. John Ilderton, Catherine Ilderton Martin and Christopher Ilderton participate in All Things Possible Golf Tournament. Ilderton's General Manger, Jeff Blosse was part of a foursome to participate in the Owen Bertschi Memorial Golf Tournament organized by the High Point Rotary Club.

Tim Ilderton with Principal Mike Hettenbach Ilderton Chrysler Jeep Ram Dodge is proud to have hosted an event to introduce Mike Hettenbach to the community at the String and Splinter where a delicious lunch was provided. Mike is the new principal at High Point Central High School. Mike has over 20 years experience with a Master of School Administration from UNCG. He brings a wealth of ideas to bring great change to the school. He spoke to a room full of people who are just as passionate about bringing new ideas and improvement to our beloved high school. We truly enjoyed what he had to say and are excited to continue our support of the school and the Bison Pride group who does such a wonderful job.

Saturday, February 11, veterans from all over North Carolina gathered at Beaver Pond Sporting Club to shoot sporting clays and pheasants. Enduring Gratitude is a non-profit event supported by local businesses to honor our veterans. It is completely free for the men and women to participate thanks to these local businesses. We here at Ilderton are proud to be sponsor several veterans. Autumn, our marketing rep spent the morning showing them around the trucks we had on site, chatting about their service, Jeep, Ram and everything hunting.
