On May 24th, 2023 we hosted an Employee Appreciation Day here at the dealership to celebrate and recognize our employees and say 'thank you!' Hope Food Co. provided a wonderful lunch to our staff. Hope Food Co. proceeds go to providing meals to children in need of meals. We are proud to support their mission all while getting a fabulous meal! After lunch, Kona Ice provided a sweet treat to end the day. We couldn't do what we do without each one of our employees. From the ones that are customer facing, our accounting department, behind the scenes working on vehicles-everyone plays a crucial role in the success of Ilderton Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram!

Ilderton DCJR is a part of the Guilford Apprenticeship Program (GAP). One of our students, Jake is an exemplary example of a motivated and hardworking employee who is furthering his education through this program. He works for our company in the mornings and goes to school in the afternoons. Captivate Media helped us bring the life a short video highlighting Jake and his job as a service technician at Ilderton where he does oil changed, tire rotations, alignments, and some diagnostics. We are so thrilled to have him on our team and in our shop here in High Point. You want Jake working on your Jeep, Dodge, Ram or any other vehicle you may have!

Meet Stan the Man! Stan is an important part of our service team. He runs our shuttle services, helps with valet services, test drives vehicles and keeps our coffee machines up and running! If you need a ride back to work or school when you drop your vehicle for service, ask for Stan! Our alternate transportation services will get you where you need to be. Stan always has an ear to listen. Why pay a therapist when you can come up to Ilderton and get your oil changed while stan helps listen to all your worlds problems. Stan always brings a GRATEFUL attitude to our service lane. Our customers depend on Stan to keep their lives moving and we are so grateful for him here at Ilderton CDJR.

Bobby started at Ilderton in the detail department where he worked for 1 year before becoming a service advisor. He was born in MA, lived and worked in California where he met his wife and started a family before moving to North Carolina to be closer to his wife's family. He is a lifelong hockey player and proud father. Bobby has certifications in Mopar, Uconnect, Jeep, 2022 Ram and is technology expert. We love having Bobby on our team. He is a vital piece to our service department. The next time you need your car serviced, whether it be an oil change, alignment, a brake job or a technology related issue, you're in great hands with him!
