Our StoryThe journey began on October 26, 1926, when Horace G. Ilderton established Horace G. Ilderton Inc. at the corner of Commerce and Willowbrook Street. In 1946, T. Carey Ilderton joined his father after returning from service in World War II, bringing with him the vision to expand and build our current location on South Main Street.
By 1972, our mission evolved to include the Ilderton Conversion Company. This endeavor was born from a desire to help those with physical challenges regain their independence. Today, we continue to sell and service wheelchair vans, providing mobility solutions to families across the country.
