We recently purchased a 2010 Dodge Journey from Ilderton and there were a few things the service department had to take care of before we picked up the vehicle. The service department did everything they could in order to make sure the vehicle was up to standard, however we were still not happy with the cars overall performance. Mike Collins wanted us to happy and he and Alex put my wife in a 2011 Dodge Durango. We are very pleased with the performance of the Durango and my wife couldn't be more pleased. Rest assure that at Ilderton they want to make sure all their customers are happy with the car they purchase. I would definitely recommend Ilderton to anyone interested in purchasing a new or used car.

Have had very enjoyable & positive experience with Robert Miller @ Ilderton dodge.This is my 2nd vehicle from there.He has helped and answered all questions and even offered to bring my car after all optional equipment was ordered and put on there, seems to be a great team there. Car buying is a frustrating ordeal, however, my experience buying a car from Ilderton was anything but frustrating. Robert Miller is very knowledgable of ALL the cars offered at Ilderton. Roberts ability to educate customers on the vehicles, along with his "I'm here for YOU" attitude, brings customers back. I will definitely buy my next car from Ilderton, and Robert Miller.

Best Car Buying Experience...
I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Robert Miller of Ilderton Dodge. I can unequivocally say that this was the best and easiest car-buying experience I have ever had (I have purchased 15 cars to date). From the time I saw the listing on EBay to when Robert drove 130 miles round trip to pick me up at work and take me back to the dealership to pick up the car to the paperwork being ready and being out of the dealership driving my car in 30 minutes, every step was seamless and efficient. I never got that dreaded "waiting for car buying paperwork" feeling that has too often been a major and unpleasant part of the whole process. I cannot even tell you, in intricate detail, what the waiting area looks like or what memorabilia Robert has on his wall. The only thing quicker and more fun than getting out of there quickly was driving my 2011 Challenger home! Thanks Robert and the Ilderton team - I will be back when my three children need cars!

The folks in the Service Dept., as always, were very courteous and did an excellent job of getting to the issue I had with my car. Special kudos to Nathan for his hard work and communication with Chrysler engineering and to Johnny for keeping me aprised of the status of the work being performed. The 2010UFO is back to performing as designed and I enjoy it regulary.

We drove over to High Point on Monday evening to view what Durangos were on the lot. This was after 6:00 pm and before 9:00 we had purchased a car and were and still are very satisfied customers.

Ilderton is where I bought our Jeep Grand Cherokee. Friendly folks with no high pressure attitudes and willing to do what it takes to make buying a new vehicle a good experience. We took the vehicle home that night and they came back to our house the next day to get it detailed, since we had come in so late. Left a vehicle for us to drive until they returned. Bottom line is, they do what it takes to insure your satisfaction. Even filled up the gas tank. All I can say is "thanks" to everyone there and keep up the good work. I would recommend Ilderton to anyone interested in buying great quality made in the USA!

I am CEO of a non-profit, adult developmentally/physically disabled, organization of group homes and adult daycare facilities.
This is my second purchase of a conversion van (handicap/wheelchair accessible) from Ilderton. The first purchase was made in July, 2010.
Both vehicles were exactly what I wanted and were reasonably priced.
My company auto repair shop owner advised me that Ilderton was considered one of the best conversion dealers in the country, as did my banker.
What made the whole experience so good was that I didn't have to leave my office location to complete either deal. The conversion specialist, Eric Wilson, brought the vehicles to me. I was able to test drive, have my mechanic inspect the vehicles, and complete the necessary paperwork all at my location. Eric was extremely knowledgeable and it was great being able to buy the second vehicle from the same specialist with whom I had bought the first. I requested and have already received an estimate from Eric on the possibility of converting one of my company's E-350 vans should our requirements dictate.
